All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card or cheque-deposit (not cashed) for an amount corresponding to one-night’s stay. Business guests are requested to confirm by fax or email.
Reservations may be cancelled without charge 48 hours prior to the date of stay. Later than this, our establishment reserves the right to bill for the first night.
The hotel reception is open from 7 am to 10 pm weekdays and from 8 am to 10 pm on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.
Rooms are available from 1:30 pm onwards.
For late arrivals (after 10 pm), please contact us on the day for the hotel access code.
Upon departure, rooms must be vacated at the latest by 11 am.
In case of a “no-show”, the first night will be billed.
